Betty Ford Center
Perhaps the most famous drug and alcoholism treatment center is the Betty Ford Center.
Since opening in October 1982, the Betty Ford Center has focused on a singular mission: providing effective treatment services for alcoholism and other drug dependencies. The website, allows you to explore various programs and educational opportunities they offer. They emphasize involving the entire family in the recovery process, and stress the importance of each person identifying his or her own spiritual path.
There are more than 60,000 alumni that have received treatment at the rehabilitation center. The main center is located in Rancho Mirage, California.
